THE SPONSOR OF MY BICYCLE SPARE PARTS IS COMPANY PRODUCING FINE BICYCLE SADDLES
www.abi.com.pl First I had to climb high up to go over Sierra de las Cabras, starting from the sea level in Malaga city, which took me whole day. It was a good introduction to mostly mountainous Spain. 2 days later I reached Cordoba where Claudio, a very friendly Spaniard, was waiting for me. We’d met each other in Namibia where he and his friend had been travelling through this country with a 4X4 car, usually to ride on motorbikes! It was a petrol station and we exchanged our emails. After they left, a short sandstorm broke up, so it looked a bit tragically. Meanwhile my stay somewhere in Morocco, Claudio sent me an email with congratulations and invitation to Cordoba. It would be rude of me to refuse, since Claudio helped me to find some bicycle spare parts, which my bike needed desperately. When this was done, we had a fabulous diner with his friends. One of many dishes on the menu was a bull’s tail, local speciality. After spending a night there, the next morning Claudio showed me the road out of town. Thanks to him I had a great welcome to Spain and a bit of rest on my way home!
Thank you Claudio!!!
From Cordoba, I speed up north to the famous region of Don Quixote, La Mancha. Battling the kilometres, I was making my way through.
